Mix Strong Hold with water in a spray bottle. Shake it until it blends perfectly.
Light mulch uses sixty percent water and forty percent Strong Hold
Wood chip mulch uses equal parts
Rocks and pebbles use eighty percent Strong Hold and twenty percent water
