Rockmate Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If something’s not right, just get in touch within that window to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags or labels intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Bulk goods (like sand, gravel, soil, or mulch) and custom-made or cut-to-size products (like mesh or fencing) cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To get started, email us at orders@rockmate.com.au. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible for return and provide shipping instructions.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order on delivery and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can sort it out promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Bulk goods

  • Custom orders

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out to confirm.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email orders@rockmate.com.au.
