German made end cutters that bite tie wire off flush at the surface.

End cutting nippers put the jaws at right angles to the handles, so you can cut a wire or a nail right down at the surface instead of at an angle above it. On reo tie wire that means no sharp tails left sticking up out of the mesh to catch boots and hoses.

The jaws are individually hardened and drop forged from tool steel to a jaw hardness of 60, with a maximum cut thickness of 3.8mm. That hardness is what lets the edges close on hard wire without rolling over, which is how soft nippers turn into a pair that crushes instead of cuts. The PVC DURAGRIP handles take the pressure off your palm across a long tying session.
