A narrow head that gets in close enough to cut flush, so you are not grinding stubs off later.

A standard end cutter has a fat head and it fouls on the work before the jaws reach it, which is how you end up leaving a stub every time you cut a tie down in a corner or hard against a face. The narrow head gets in closer and takes the cut flush the first time.

The jaws are drop forged from hardened tool steel and hardened individually to 61 HRC. That is hard enough to cut tie wire and nails without the edges deforming, and it is the spec that separates a nipper you keep for years from one that goes blunt in a month. PVC DURAGRIP handles take the pressure off your palm through repeated cuts. Made in Germany.
