An 8m tape with two locks, so the blade stays exactly where you set it.

The patented dual locking mechanism is what you notice. A single lock tape creeps under its own spring, which is the reason a measurement you took and held for ten seconds reads different when you look back at it. Two locking points hold the blade dead, so you can set a length, carry it across to the work and still be on the number.

The casing is a shockproof tuff housing, which is aimed squarely at what actually kills tapes, the drop off a frame onto a slab. It is also lanyard capable, so it can be tethered when you are working off scaffold or a roof.
