A 680g rubber mallet with a fibreglass handle, for knocking things into place without denting them.

680g is the sweet spot for site work. It is heavy enough to shift a paver, a form board or a stubborn frame in one hit, and light enough to swing all day without your forearm giving out. The rubber head absorbs the blow so timber, pavers and finished surfaces take the force without the bruise a steel hammer leaves.

The handle is solid core fibreglass, not hollow, so it does not whip or snap at the neck when you catch an overstrike, and it does not dry out and shrink the way a timber handle does after a summer in the ute. The ergonomic rubber grip soaks up the shock that would otherwise go into your wrist.
