A high tensile synthetic line in pink, so you can actually see it against the brick.

A builders line only does its job if it pulls dead straight and stays that way. This one is tough synthetic with high tensile strength, so you can put real tension on it between the profiles without it stretching through the day and dropping your course out of level by the time you get to the far end.

It comes on a flexible plastic spool, which sounds minor until you have spent ten minutes untangling a bird nest of line off a cracked one. The pink stands out against brick, block and dirt, so you see the line rather than guessing where it is.
