Most pump sprayers die from the chemicals, not the work. Curing compounds, release agents and sealers will craze a plastic tank and swell the seals until it stops holding pressure. This one is stainless through the tank and the wand, with chemical resistant rubber seals and a chemical resistant hose, so it survives what you actually put in it.

The trigger has a positive lock, so you can hold a steady spray across a slab without keeping your finger squeezed the whole way, and the mouth is wide enough to fill and clean out properly instead of trying to rinse through a narrow neck.
