910mm wide with a scraper built into the frame, so one pass does the water and the muck that is stuck to the slab.

The built in scraper is the part worth paying for. Wash down a slab with a plain squeegee and you push water over the top of dried render, glue and mortar splatter. This frame carries a scraper as well, so you break the stuck on material and move the water in the same pass instead of going back over it with a hoe.

The frame is pre galvanised steel, which matters on a tool that lives in water, and the blade is hard rubber so it holds an edge against a rough slab instead of folding over. It is 910mm wide for real coverage and is made in Germany. The handle joint is a tapered fit.
