A drop segment behind each tooth, so the blade stops undercutting the plate and eating itself from the inside.

Undercut is what kills a blade in abrasive material. The slurry works in behind the segment, wears away the steel core underneath it, and the segment eventually lets go while the diamond on it is still good. The drop segment on this blade sits proud and protects the plate, so you get the full 10mm of segment height instead of losing teeth early.

It is a dual purpose blade, which means it will take abrasive building materials, concrete products, roof tiles and blocks, and it will also run floor saw concrete or a dual concrete and asphalt cut. One blade instead of two on the truck.
