Up to 15dB quieter, which is the difference between a bench saw you can run on a built up site and one that gets you a phone call.

The core is laminated, so the steel does not ring the way a solid plate does. Cutting brick on an estate at seven in the morning, or inside a building where other trades are working, that drop of up to 15dB is what keeps you cutting instead of standing around waiting for a reasonable hour. It is also a lot easier on your own hearing across a full day on the saw.

It is not a compromise on cutting either. The segments are 10mm high and laser welded, so the blade lasts and the segments stay attached under load. It is a multi purpose brick blade, handling 50/50 clay and concrete, clay bricks and pavers off the one setup.
