OX Professional Helical Mixing Paddle, w/rim

A helical paddle with a rim, built to fold thick tile glue rather than whip air into it.

The wrong paddle in a bucket of adhesive spins the mix and drags air through it, and air in the mix is air in the bed. The helical shape works the material from the bottom up, and the rim keeps it inside the paddle instead of throwing it out at the bucket wall, so you get a consistent mix through high viscosity product without aerating it.

At 135mm across and 650mm long it suits a standard mixing bucket and gives you enough shaft to reach the bottom without burying the drill chuck in the mix. It is chrome plated, so a quick wash and it is not carrying yesterday's glue into today's batch.
