Four metres of standout is the spec that changes how you work. Most tapes fold over at two and a bit, which means a second set of hands or a walk to the far wall. With this one you hold the case and push the blade out to the far side of a room, a bearer run or a set out line, and it stays up while you read it.

The blade carries a 32mm nylon wrapped anti tear coating, which reinforces it where tapes usually split, right behind the hook. The magnetic end hook grabs onto steel studs, purlins and frames so it holds itself while you mark, and double sided printing means you can read it whether the blade is up, down or overhead. The ABS housing with a TPR overmould takes being dropped off a frame, the wire belt clip does not bend open in a nail bag, and it is lanyard ready if you work up high.
