The OX Pro Tuff Rule is 600mm long, which is standard stud wall and floor joist spacing, and 45mm wide, which matches the 90mm x 45mm framing timber you use every day. That means you can use it as a spacer and a gauge, not just a measure, and stop doing the same sums over and over.

It folds at 150mm increments into four sections so it drops in a nail bag without catching. The reinforced brass hinge and pins take the repeated folding that kills cheaper rules, the ABS body handles being dropped on a slab, and the bevelled edges make it easy to mark a clean line against.
