A pair of sawhorses rated to 200kg that fold flat when you are done.

750mm working height is the number that matters here. That puts the work just below hip height, which is where you can push down on a circular saw or a hand plane without bending your back, and it is the right height to stand a door on edge for hinging.

The tops are solid bamboo at 800mm, so you have real length to bear on rather than a thin steel rail, and you can cut into them without caring. The legs lock open so they will not walk out from under a load, and they fold for the drive to the next job. Sold as a pair with a 200kg load capacity.
