A radial segment cup wheel for grinding concrete and masonry back.

This is the tool for taking off the high spots, the render runs, the old tile glue and the coating residue that stop a floor being flat enough to work on. The radial segment layout is what gives it bite and lets it keep cutting rather than polishing the surface.
