A 76mm blade that lifts floorboards instead of splitting them.

The 76mm blade width is the point of this chisel. A narrow chisel concentrates the load and punches through a board, a 76mm face spreads it across the width so the board lifts whole and you are not picking splinters out of the joists afterwards. Same width works for getting under sheet flooring and popping nails.

It is drop forged from chrome vanadium steel so you can drive it with a lump hammer all day, and the dual rubber hand guard takes the hit when you miss the head. The OXGRIP soft grip handle matters more than it sounds on a floor strip, because that is a job where you are holding the tool for hours.
