A 400g hammer built to hang and strip plasterboard without chewing up the sheet.

At 400g it is light enough to swing overhead all day, and the head is crowned and scored so the face bites the nail and sinks it flush instead of leaving a ring of impact marks in the paper. That is the difference between a sheet you can set straight away and one you have to fill twice.

The blade end does the other half of the job. The notch pulls nails when you are stripping out and the cutaway edge cuts plasterboard, so you are not swapping tools every second sheet. The non slip grip with shock reduction takes the sting out of the ceiling work.
