A cold chisel you can belt all day without the head mushrooming or your knuckles paying for it.

The blade is drop forged chrome vanadium steel, which is the part that matters. Cheap chisels go soft at the tip and spread at the head after a few sessions, so you end up dressing them on the grinder or throwing them out. Chrome vanadium holds its edge through repeated hammer work on iron, steel, aluminium, copper and brass.

The blade is 25mm wide, broad enough to split and shape stock without wandering off your line. The dual rubber hand guard sits between the hammer and your fingers for the swing that misses, and the OXGRIP soft grip handle keeps hold of it when your gloves are wet.
