One piece of forged steel from the striking face to the end of the handle, so there is no head to work loose.

Most club hammers fail at the join. The head loosens, you wedge it, it loosens again, and eventually it comes off mid swing. This one is forged from a single piece of steel, so that failure point does not exist. The head is hardened and tempered, which is what stops the face mushrooming after a few hundred hits on a bolster.

The rubber handle is non slip and built to soak up shock. That matters more than it sounds when you are holding a cold chisel in one hand and hitting it a few hundred times, because the vibration that does not go into your wrist is vibration you are not feeling at knock off.
