How to Use It

• Site Preparation: Excavate the area to the required depth, considering the base layer, bedding sand, and paver thickness. Ensure the subgrade is well-compacted and establish necessary slopes for drainage.
• Base Layer: Spread a layer of road base material evenly and compact it thoroughly to provide a stable foundation.
• Bedding Sand: Place screed rails on the compacted base and spread coarse washed river sand between and over the rails. Use a screeding board to level the sand, creating a smooth surface for laying the pavers.
• Laying Pavers: Begin placing the Gridpave® units in the desired pattern, starting from a straight edge or corner. Ensure consistent joint spacing throughout the installation.
• Edge Restraints: Install appropriate edge restraints to prevent paver movement and maintain the integrity of the paved area.
• Joint Filling: Once all pavers are laid, spread jointing sand over the surface and sweep it into the joints to lock the pavers in place.
• Compaction: Use a plate compactor with a protective mat to compact the pavers, ensuring they are set firmly into the bedding sand and the joints are filled.

• Delivery: Enjoy free delivery to your door when ordering 2 full pallets (180 pavers) or more. For orders less than 2 pallets, standard delivery rates apply.

For full pallet orders, consisting of 90 pavers, please place your order 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
