How to Use It

1. Site Preparation: Consult local council regulations prior to construction. Excavate a trench approximately 130mm deep and 350mm wide along the desired wall alignment.​

2. Levelling Pad: Fill the trench with coarse sand to create a 100mm thick levelling pad. Compact and level the sand to provide a stable foundation.​

3. First Course: Remove the retaining lip from the base of the first-course blocks for easier leveling. Place the blocks side by side on the levelling pad, ensuring they are level both side-to-side and front-to-back.​

4. Drainage Installation: Install an agricultural drain behind the first course and surround it with gravel to facilitate proper drainage.​

5. Backfilling: Place drainage material (12-20mm sized gravel) 300mm wide behind the first course. Backfill with existing site soil behind the drainage material and compact to ensure stability.​

6. Subsequent Courses: Clean the top of the previous course and lay the next course in a running bond pattern, ensuring each block is properly aligned and seated. Continue stacking, backfilling, and compacting until the desired wall height is achieved.​

• Delivery: Enjoy free delivery to your door when ordering 2 full pallets (240 blocks) or more. For orders less than 2 pallets, standard delivery rates apply.​

For full pallet orders, consisting of 120 blocks, please place your order 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.​
