How to Use It

1. Fix one end of the tie to the timber or steel frame using appropriate fasteners (nails or screws).
2. Bend or position the opposite end so it is embedded at least 50mm into a bed joint of the masonry veneer.
3. Space ties vertically at no more than 600mm and horizontally at no more than 450mm, or as per engineering requirements.
4. Use corrosion-resistant fasteners, especially in coastal or exposed zones.
